How it works
BeWorldClass is on an easy-to-use web-based platform that supports the development of the characteristics of students individually, and across a whole cohort. Accessible by students at any age and year group, it is easy-to-use with minimal teacher intervention required.
It’s a cloud platform, which means students and teachers can use BeWorldClass from any device in any location with an internet connection without needing to download anything.
Benefits for MATs
Multi Academy Trusts receive discounts and the ability for pupils to retain the same account as they move schools from our primary school framework to the secondary school framework. A record of achievement is be built up as they move all the way from key stage 2 until A level.
World Class Schools Quality Mark also offers World Class Accreditation through an assessment involving BeWorldClass. We are setting up a network of WCSQM MATs across the country, giving parents, staff and students confidence in the opportunities they provide. Parents will want to send their children to World Class MATs, teachers will want to work in them, new schools will want to join them.
Growing skills and confidence
Research demonstrates that parents are most concerned with schools developing their children’s skills, competencies and characteristics so they can survive in the future, once they have left the school.
Preparing for the global economy
Skills and characteristics are internationally translatable, and transcend cultural barriers. Any visions that have been developed of a what a future global education system might look like are based on systems of competencies and characteristics.
Building a portfolio of characteristics
BeWorldClass invites students to explore their own personality and skills. As they work their way through our framework, they record evidence of their characteristics which can be downloaded as a portfolio.
LinkedIn integration and guidence
LinkedIn can be used in combination with BeWorldClass by students over the age of 16 to help with the transition from school to further education and employment. Online professional networking and digital portfolios will be vital for success in the future.

Pricing
As a charity we subsidise the cost of subscription to make it accessible for all schools.
MATs receive a discount when they use BeWorldClass in more than one of the schools.
If you become an accredited MAT, you receive a 50% reduction in the cost of subscription, in addition to the benefits that come with accreditation.
